    Sandra Schartz and her husband Russell have been independent living residents at Manor of the Plains for almost 3 years this month.     Music for the Soul Concert with Taco and Tostada Dinner fundraiser for seniors

    Manor of the Plains’ annual event is part of Dodge City DaysManor of the Plains’ annual Music for the Soul Concert with Taco and Tostada Dinner will be July 28 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe Social Center, 3231 N. 14th.     Miss Kansas comes to Manor of the Plains

    Mike Rajewski, executive director of the Presbyterian Manor, had an idea from when he was executive director at Sterling Presbyterian Manor in Sterling. Last year they had Miss Kansas speak at their annual donor volunteer banquet, and Mike was quite impressed with the results.When Manor of the Plains first started planning our banquet, Mike suggested that we invite Miss Kansas to be our entertainment.
