Community appoints new human resources manager

In December, Manor of the Plains welcomed Tasha Konrade as its new human resources manager.

Prior to joining the community, Tasha had most recently served as the office coordinator/service coordinator at Prairie Independent Living Resource Center where she managed the company’s offices in both Pratt and Dodge City. Before that, she worked as a career navigator for the Kansas Department for Children and Families.

Tasha received her associate degree in business management and leadership from Barton County Community College and is currently working on obtaining her certification in human resources.

Away from work, Tasha is active in the community, belonging to several workforce and leadership groups in Pratt and Dodge City. She also runs a small business based out of her home.
