Manor of the Plains receives award for customer experience based on resident and family responses

Manor of the Plains is proud to announce it won the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 26 years of experience in senior care and senior living. Qualifying for the award for health care means Manor of the Plains has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

“We take great pride in earning this award," said Tammy Thompson, executive director. “We’re grateful for the trust our residents and our families have put in our ability to serve them well.”

Throughout 2023, manor residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Manor of the Plains in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community’s health care center has qualified for the award for in the following service areas:

·        Cleanliness

·        Professional Therapy Services

·        Response to Problems

·        Safety and Security

Throughout its history of serving the community, Manor of the Plains has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. This award reinforces that commitment.

“The award reflects our dedication to live out our mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values,” said Thompson.

Pinnacle conducts more than 150,000 phone surveys each year and works with more than2,500 care providers in all 50 US states, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Manor of the Plains has served Ford County since 1990 and offers independent living, assisted living, long-term health care and short-term rehabilitation services.
