Just the right amount of assistance can make all the difference in how you live each day. We pride ourselves on offering the right balance of programs and activities, with the extra help seniors may need with daily living tasks so they can enjoy the way they want to live. The key at Manor of the Plains is that we have built a close-knit community where residents get to know each other and our friendly teams. Assisted living has a neighborhood feel, where everyone can experience life at their own pace.
Wellness is about more than physical health. It’s about social engagement and finding purpose in daily life. At Manor of the Plains, the way you want to live is more than a tagline. It is a culture built on a method of delivering services and care to residents that promote all aspects of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and more.

When seniors reach the point where they need a little extra help with daily tasks, they may consider if they're ready for an assisted living community. The decision can be difficult and deeply personal, with concerns about costs, the hassle of moving, or worries that assisted living is like a nursing home. We can tell you that an assisted living community is far from a nursing home. Our seniors maintain active social lives, and they set their own daily schedules. They live in private apartments but enjoy having a maintenance-free lifestyle and the extra help that comes with assisted living. We are here to support you so you can live the way you want to live.
Dining is an important component of our culture at Manor of the Plains. We offer seasonal and always-available menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you can choose what you’d like to eat. Our assisted living residents are provided three meals per day in our assisted living neighorhood. The meals are included in the monthly accommodation rate.
No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in assisted living. We do, however, understand pets are important, so they're allowed to visit at any time.
